Is my order confirmed?
An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order is successfully placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you do not receive it.
If I change my mind, can I update my order?
Yes, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. No changes can be made once the order status has changed to “shipped”.

When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible, depends on stock availability.
How long does it take to ship?
Standard Shipping will take 3 to 5 working days.
*For pre-order items, expected delivery period will be stated on the pre-order product page. Please read it carefully before placing your order. The delivery date may change subject to the actual supply condition. Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you the shipping status by email with tracking number as soon as your package ships.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged part within 7 days. Please also keep the original package for inspection. We will arrange a new stock for exchange if the claim is accepted. Return Shipping fee will be shouldered by Shuipan Workshop.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Refunds will not be provided for any pre-order AND shipped order. All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after completing your order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
